
CD4013 Dual D Type Flip Flop IC - SOIC-14 SMD Package
The CD4013 is a versatile dual D-type flip-flop IC that includes two identical, independent data-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has its own data, set, reset, and clock inputs along with Q and Q outputs, making it ideal for shift register applications and for use in counter and toggle applications by connecting the Q output to the data input.
The D input logic level is transferred to the Q output during the positive-going transition of the clock pulse. Independent setting or resetting is achieved via a high level on the set or reset line, regardless of the clock. The CD4013B is available in 14-pin dual-inline plastic packages (E suffix), 14-pin small-outline packages (M, MT, M96, and NSR suffixes), and 14-pin thin shrink small-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes).
