Micro Coin Vibration Motor (Page Motor) - 10mm

This is a small sized and Shaftless Vibration Motor for non-audible vibration applications. It can be integrated with many applications as it comes in small size and in the shape of a circular disc and all moving parts are protected inside the housing disc. They vibrate because they have eccentric weight rotating inside the case which makes the whole motor vibrate when powered. The Motor comes with a 3M adhesive backing and reinforced connection wires. Due to its small size and enclosed vibration mechanism, it is widely used in electric toys, telephones, game controllers, massage machines, etc. They are also widely used in haptic feedback, discreet alerts, and precision alarm applications.

Note: This motor is Refurbished.

Specifications

  • Min. Rated Speed: 9000RPM
  • Motor Diameter: 10 mm
  • Voltage Range: DC 2.5-4V
  • Max. Rated Current: 90mA
  • Motor Thickness: 2.7 mm

Product Description

Micro Coin Vibration Motor Page Motor Pinout

If you want to connect the vibration motor with your Arduino board which provides 5V TTL Logic at GPIO pins, you can not directly connect the motor. You need to connect it via a separate circuit that can be activated by Arduino pins or you can use a Transistor such as 2N2222 as a switch to drive the motor. You can directly drive the motor with your 3.3V logic boards like Raspberry Pi and NodeMCU ESP8266.
