TXS0108E High Speed Full Duplex 8 Channel Bi Directional Logic Level Converter Module

TTL logic require boards to operate on 5V logic levels which is fairly standard for old microcontrollers and development boards. Even today most of the sensor, development boards and digital circuits run on 5V power supply to easily incorporate them in other circuits without any need of voltage shifting. But today with the advent of CMOS technology most of the microcontrollers work on 3.3V logic Levels which has certain merits like low power dissipation, faster switching action and high reliability. This 8 channel Bi Directional Logic level converter module is used to switch the 3.3V logic signals to 5V logic signals and vice versa. It is very helpful us using old sensors circuitry easily with newer 3.3V much more powerful boards like Nano, BeagleBone Black, Raspberry Pi etc.
